TWO YEARS IN A ROW NOW, we have shone at the Asia Recruitment Awards.
Last year, we had won a award in Candidate Best Assessment category. As for this year, we are proud & thankful to pick up Best Campus Recruitment Strategy Award. This category recognizes organizations that engage and recruit soon-to-be graduates through proactive on-campus recruitment campaigns and internships.
Such a blessing to have Carsem Malaysia nominated as a finalist for 5 other categories too this year. We will keep going and striving for success!

Asia’s premier event celebrating excellence in HR recruitment returns for its 6th edition in Malaysia. In the presence of over 300 guests on 3 September 2020, Human Resources celebrated the accomplishments and hard work of Malaysia’s finest in talent acquisition at the Asia Recruitment Awards 2020, Malaysia.
Over the past five years, Human Resources has established the Asia Recruitment Awards across Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, with the objective of recognizing measurable success in innovative recruitment strategies.
Winners were announced across 22 categories, where Carsem (M) Sdn Bhd was awarded the Silver Award in Best Campus Recruitment Strategy by the jury, comprising of respected and experienced HR leaders from organizations who are passionate about human capital excellence. This category recognizes organizations that engage and recruit soon-to-be graduates through proactive on-campus recruitment campaigns and internships.
Carsem also received Excellence in Human Resources Development Award continuously for two years – 2018 and 2019. It is a prestigious national award in the field of human resource development that reflects recognition and endorsement by the Human Resources Ministry.
